This Shipping Policy outlines the practices and policies of Shvaana Foods, the owner and operator of www.floofs.in (Website)
Delivery Timeline- We try our best deliver within 3-8 days depending upon the delivery location.
Cancellation Policy- In case of cancellation, If the items are dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. If you wish to cancel your order after payment,it should be done within 5 hours of placing the order
Replacement- In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Shvaana Foods through Contact us form or call at +91 8850338683 or email at floofsindia@gmail.com , within 3 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately or a refund might be initiated. Do not throw away the box and invoice in such cases.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds / Returns are accepted in the following situations;
Item was defective,Products was/were missing,Wrong item was received
In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to within 3 days from the time of delivery
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by Shvaana Foods team note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice.
